2011 Seat Tribu
The new Tribu concept was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show last year. The announcement revealed that this three door SUV model offered a preview of upcoming models; this was reportedly Seat’s first model – SUV.
Ever since this announcement, we have been eagerly waiting to see images of this new prototype on the roads, but it seems we may not need this any more. The EU Trademark office has struck after the leakage of the designs of the Tribu gave us the basic design of the model.
The model’s design of the front fascia is very similar to the concept version. This similarity is seen in the Signature Seat grille along with the large air vents just below the headlight and on the bumper. However the rear takes a big step away from the concept’s extravagant styling with a toned down production type style. Also in 2010, the Tribu will be released as a 5 door rather than a 3 door as seen on the concept.
